Burger King Tepic Soriana — Restaurant in Nayarit

Very bad when I asked for what I wanted she insisted I have something else when I asked for something else she's still insisted that that was a child's play when I asked for a child's played anyway she's still trying to sell me the most expensive thing on the menu so I finally got a Whopper with a small Coke and price and and she still seem like she wasn't happy and I was not happy so I don't know I found it different than my United States experience. That's how I find it these days they're more out to sell you something than to let you have it your way like like the old Burger King is supposed to be so I give you two stars cuz it was a good hamburger and I enjoyed it and it was quite feeling and if I would have got the bigger one I would have been very full and I wouldn't have been able to go out to dinner with my girlfriend that night cuz I would have been too full from eating too much cuz I don't like to throw away food or waste it so I mean I wish you would share with your help that you know if they're going to promote something that's fine but still let the customer decide...

El día de hoy acudí a su sucursal en plaza cigarrera, y me llevé una pésima experiencia, primero duré en caja aproximadamente 10 minutos esperando a que me atendieran, al cobrarme, me dieron mal el cambio, después, al recibir mi pedido, entró al restaurante una persona aparentemente indigente y no es por tener algo en contra de esa persona pero se veía en un muy notable estado de ebriedad, o bajo alguna sustancia, así como también iba cargando una botella con algun tipo de sustancia extraña y esta persona olía realmente muy mal, y sé iba acercando a las mesas a pedir dinero, (nadie le dió) y posteriormente se metió al área de niños y duró un buen rato ahí, los trabajadores del restaurante nunca se acercaron como para verificar si todo estaba bien, después se sentó en una mesa y no fue hasta qué una señora le comentó a un trabajador qué por qué no sacaban al señor, porque olía muy mal y se había metido al área de niños, el trabajador le dijo algo como que no podían sacarlo y que le tenían que comentar al gerente, al final el señor terminó saliendo por su cuenta, pero solo para dejar la botella que cargaba afuera y volvió a entrar a pedir dinero nuevamente mesa por mesa.

Aunado a esas situaciones, el baño olía fatal, el restaurante estaba caliente, hacía demasiado calor adentro y no sé por qué no prendían el aire acondicionado, el restaurante quedó oliendo muy mal, no es por exagerar pero tuve que llevarme mis alimentos para terminarlos en casa, de lo mal que olía todo el lugar, y como último detalle, pedí 2 sundae y me los entregaron prácticamente derretidos. Increíble como bajaron la calidad del servicio y atención al cliente, pésimo servicio, después de esta experiencia, no volvería a ir jamás. Muy...

The worst place to eat. Short on staff, soda machines all dirty leaking not cleaned probably since last night. The manager...worthless he looked lost no clue on how to run his business. Location out of ice..yes 0 ice for fountain drinks. 0 ice cream, 0 ketchup, yes you read it right no ketchup. All tables either cleaned by customers or filthy with trash from previous customers.
