Gorgeous farm to table restaurant with many of the ingredients grown right on site and everything else locally sourced. Restaurant is 100% gluten- free, because gluten grains are not local. Much of the menu is vegan, because they don't produce meat or milk on site, but if you want more protein there are egg dishes made from fresh eggs gathered on site. The presentation was far beyond my expectations, more like an upscale dinner restaurant. Everything was beautiful, delicious and prepared with care from scratch right in the open kitchen. This place is fully worth the short taxi ride from sayulita. It's located just south of the Sayulita exit on 200. You'll see the beautiful bamboo structure (which they built themselves) from the road. Keep your eyes open for their events that include multi- course meals and delicious, incentive mocktails. WONDERFUL in every way.
Food and drinks are delicious. They have unique dishes and everything is vegetarian. Plenty of vegan options too. I wanted to order everything on the menu. Fresh and prepared at the moment.
Service is great! I was welcomed and seated by one of the staff and was asked if I had been there before and if I had any food allergies. They brought me a complimentary yummu starter.
Located next to a square in the town of Bucerias. You first walk through a shop that sells fresh produce and local products. The patio is a big open space with plenty of sitting and decorated with plants and bamboo.

Had a fantastic meal at the new Chumuk restaurant in Bucerias last week. Banana pancakes were so good. As a vegan it’s hard to find a place that offers anything for breakfast. Cesar was such a hospitable guy. He brought a delectable appetizer for us to try…watermelon tuna on a little cracker. Wow! As good as anything I’ve had in Toronto. Great outdoor space with coverage.
