Edit and addt, to my original review. Absolutely my favorite restaurant, exceptional food, service, and experience, a very personal experience, beautiful decor, warm and inviting space, great owners. Should be a must stop for all. That cilantro cream sauce, amazing. I cannot stress enough, if your stoping in to San Blas Nayarit, this is a really wonderful dining experience. Best Pizza in town as well, always fresh ingredients, and everythings made with love n care, Ro amazing service, as always, you take the time to make us feel welcomed, and treated with the utmost respect and care, you take the time with everyone. I recently was fortunate enough be invited to eat at The Red Witch for their second anniversary party. I was served what was probably the most delectable BBQ'd pork I've ever had in my life along with golden corn on the cob, incredible mashed potatoes and delicious dinner rolls, accompanied by a sweet iced tea and followed with a decadent flan topped with strawberries and chocolate syrup.

The dining was on a delightful little patio outside of Ro and Edma's house, charmingly decorated to theme. The ambiance was intimate and friendly, and it was very obvious the proprietors took a lot of pride in this wonderful establishment.

Despite a full patio, Ro provided my dining companions and I with attentive table service, serving us almost immediately after seating. He made sure out cups were kept full, and all out dining needs taken care of.

Enjoyed a great meal here. The hosts were lovely, taking time to explain the different dishes and asking if we had enjoyed our meals. They are both obviously very passionate about the food they serve. I had a fruity fresh salad and my husband had one of the Encremada specials. We had ice creams to finish with coffees.
