Overall, a super fresh and delicious restaurant experience. We ordered lattes, both were prepared well and had great ratios. Our lunch was chilaquiles and a blueberry muffin. The muffin was warm on the outside but cold on the inside, a bit dry but had that delicious homemade flavor. The blueberries tasted fresh and were plentiful, but not overwhelming. The chilaquiles were delicious. We ordered chicken with them, which was incredibly well prepared and juicy. Finally, for dessert we ordered the cheesecake. This was disappointing. It was served on a really hot plate, and was frozen on the inside. Given that it’s a vasco style (Spanish), it shouldn’t be served frozen and should have been creamy and smooth, and in fact the waiter described it as exactly that. This wasn’t the case. Had it been served in a better way, I’m confident it would have had a really wonderful flavor. Sadly, it was too difficult to eat as our spoons couldn’t cut through it, even after letting it sit for some time. We hope to try it again with a different outcome! Está fue la segunda visita. Para desayunar, en esta ocasión. 8 personas. Café americano muy rico. Café frío muy bien elaborado. Jugo verde muy bueno igual el de naranja. Los platos están muy bien servidos. La barbacoa muy limpia y bien prepara con tortillas de maíz recién hechas. Huevos revueltos con parmesano cebollín y pan de masa madre bien tostadito riquísimos. Croque Maddame de primera con un huevo estrellado en su punto. Huevos pochados en salsa de tomate English muffin (más hacia un bisquet) bien doradito, por un lado mantequilla batida, mermelada de ciruela y queso panela en cuadritos.

Todo lo que pedimos fue un éxito.

Muy buena la comida, los chilaquiles y los huevos cremosos muy recomendables. El café y jugo de naranja muy rico también. El problema es el servicio, muy poco coordinados, muy lento, nunca se llevaron los platos sucios ( el espacio de la mesa es reducido por lo que si llega a ser útil que limpien la mesa). Los meseros amables, nadie fue grosero pero se ve que no es un servicio profesional, no hay un enfoque de atención al cliente solo de “despachar” lo que se pide y listo. Creo que invirtiendo en mas personal así como en procesos y capacitación pudieran llevar el lugar a otro nivel, y definir si es un lugar apto para atender familias e invertir lo necesario o de plano solo ofrecer...
