Casagrande Restaurante — Restaurant in Nuevo León

The service was great, and the location was very pretty. Unfortunately I'm having to write a bad review due to the flavor and quality of the food and pricing, a little bit over priced for the location and the food was sub par.

I was craving a burger and fries but the beef patty was over worked and under seasoned leaving a Spam texture and bland flavor. Had about a 1/4 of an onion on it as well, which was way too much.

Cheese cake tasted ok on flavor but the texture was a bit dense, seems like they possibly added gelatin to it. A strange flavorless food dye was added as decoration, would not suggest putting something like that on a plate when it's very unpleasant to eat. Maybe a chocolate...

One star is one more star that the ones that they deserve.

They used to be an iconic restaurant 30 years ago, maybe they're sticking to old ideas. Bad service, no one had a good attitude, drinks and food had spoiled things and the personnel didn't want to accept it. The food that didn't have spoiled things was mediocre and lazy. The place and the decor was sad and depressing.

I'm not going there ever I would suggest you to do...

Reliably delicious! We come here with certain frequency not just for the food, but also for the atmosphere with live music and the attentive service. Today the food seemed even better than usual. We had guacamole mamucas, caldo tlalpeño, salmon in mango sauce, and cabrito en salsa.
