Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Nuevo León

I had a bad experience in this particular store. But first the possitive part, the price for the pizza is good, now that they have matched other pizza chains' prices, the problem is that when I got there to order the pizza with the promotion price, they said they were out of that particular one!! (To me that sounds like a "bait and switch" scheme). Anyways I was already there, so I ordered a different pizza pie, and they gave me an approximate waiting time of 20 minutes, it was quite busy and more and more customers were coming in, so we sat and waited. I figured it would be more than the 20 minutes but when one hour passed and I noticed they had started to serve people who ordered after us I got very disappointed. I approached the counter to ask for my pizza, and a guy said: "oh yes it's been ready for a while".... he grabbed the first pizza that was nearest to him, and just handed it to me..... I told him that this pizza was not ours, so he went to the back for another 10 minutes and came out empty handed, by this time I was angry, so I asked for my money back, which he gave back without any hesitation, after that I left the store never to return again!!! I'm sure there will come a time when I will visit this chain (not this particular location, but maybe another) again, but with so many different options with better service, better quality and better prices, sometimes all together, I don't see myself returning to them...

Hace dos semanas pedí x Didi Food a la sucursal mitras dos promociónes de pizza individual con refresco y un postre o papás ....los refrescos llegaron mal....es decir ofrecen Sidral Mundet y llegó una Joya de manzana...y no me gusta. La otra era Nestea y llegó ....otra Joya de manzana. Ahora lo peor. ....Me faltaron las Quepapas....osea mi pedido llegó incompleto. Lo reclamé x medio de la aplicación y con el mismo repartidos presente mandé la queja y obviamente no me repusieron nada. Pregunta......si yo les hubiera quedado a deber 50 pesos me los perdonan dos semanas??? El repartidor se detuvo como 15 minutos a comerlas....yo lo vi en la App estacionado y no se movía. Según el cuando llegó le pregunto " oye....que pasó con mis Quepapas?? Y el eh? Mmmm no se...!" Y le dije no se las habrás dado a otro cliente....y el no......no fui con nadie ...me vine directo con usted. Claro que no...estoy a 10 minutos y tardo 30 y llegó todo frioOSEA que SI se paró a comer las papas.... Y pizza hut por qué manda las cosas sin bolsa!!! Deben cerrar las cosas y grapar las b olsas hagan algo porfa ir! No dudo que pizza hut trato de hacer las cosas. Ir pero de plano no recibí un...

Pizza Hut es una franquicia sólida. La Sucursal de Simón Bolívar está muy bien realizada, muy iluminada, rodeada de ventanales y el rojo característico por todo rincón.

Cuidan las medidas sanitarias, todo se mira limpio a la entrada y la atención es siempre amable y cortez, o por lo menos yo tengo la suerte de que así haya sido.

El tiempo de preparación de los platillos es rápido, como corresponde al Fast Food, y la calidad de los alimentos es propia de la franquicia, que desde la caja presume de bonitos diseños.

La sucursal, perfectamente ubicada, cuenta con amplio estacionamiento y una opción de Drive Thru que no vi habilitada pero la infraestructura existe.

Cuenta con motos propias para pedidos desde la sucursal, o los que se reciben desde la página y servicios de entrega de comida...
