I’ve both, dined in and ordered for delivery. The same issue happens in both scenarios, 90% of the time my order is wrong.

Based on how Ive seen the staff work at the actual place. I know why this is the case. Mostly young workers who are unorganized and are not paying attention to their job

Ya he ido cuatro veces a está sucursal (una vez por semana) y está ya fué la ultima que iré. Siempre pido por la aplicación de Tim's y el pedido nunca lo tienen listo para la hora que dice. No lo preparan hasta que llegas a recogerlo. Tienen mucho retraso de todo tipo de pedidos de entregas a domicilio. En promedio tardan 50 minutos a 1 hora desde que se pidió para entregartelo recogiendo ahi en tienda. El personal constantemente está cambiando. El personal está harto y se nota en el trato al cliente. El ambiente no está relajado. La comida si está rica pero no vale la pena esperar una hora, y mas cuando uno lleva prisa en la mañana.
