Vips Gonzalitos — Restaurant in Nuevo León

I ordered the spicy boneless and I asked if I could have some ranch with it and the waiter said yes, once the food came out I only got 7 boneless with very little fries along side that the waiter came back and refused to give me ranch and insisted on giving me blue cheese. The menu says it comes with 9 boneless after I told the waiter he gave me some BS story on how they changed the menu and haven’t updated it. I know for a fact that he lied to me because last week I went to a different VIPS and my experience there was amazing I got all 9 boneless and a good amount of fries. Normally Vips is an ok experience, Here the food is typically mundane local fare. Nothing creative about it at all. The appearance of the restaurant is that of an old run down building. The furniture (bench seating) is disgustingly filthy. I don't think the upholstery on the furniture has ever been cleaned. The dirt on the plastic covering for the seats is ground in and black. I am surprised they get the business they do.

I think the lack of cleanliness is due to the owners not wanting to spend the cash from the overpriced meals, in short just being cheap which seems the norm...

These food chain its good. This branch has their issues the cleaning of the room is one the grills from the air conditioning are so dirty need to improve their maintenance. The food as usual is way different how they display the dishes on their advertisements versus what you get. I have attached a picture to probe it.
