They explain you step by step how the coffee is made by his family which is already the third Generation dedicated in body and soul to grow the best coffee in the world. Cafe fila diamente is a must see! Despite that we arrived unannounced we were greeted so warmly by Don Filadelfio Ramírez and his wonderful son and they were happy to take us on a tour of their coffee plantation.
