I recently attended Juana's mole cooking class in Oaxaca and it was an absolutely amazing experience. While we only learned how to make one mole, we had the opportunity to taste 7 different types of mole that Juana had prepared. Each one was bursting with flavor and rivaled those found in Michelin-star restaurants. The class was very informative and Juana did an excellent job explaining the history and traditions behind mole. It was by far the best culinary experience we had during our trip to Oaxaca and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Juana is a true master of mole and her passion for traditional Mexican cuisine really shines through in her teaching. Thank you Juana for an unforgettable experience!
