Nanche café — Restaurant in Oaxaca

This café was such a life saver. I stopped at Matias and was looking for a coffee shop, thinking I will have to settle for a café con leche (de olla) and couldn't believe my eyes when I walked inside and saw a real, and amazingly beautiful espresso machine. I thanked all the Gods in the Universe because I didn't have a real espresso for a very long time. This beautiful lady greeted me with such candor, and brought my espresso with a madeleine that tasted amazing. I almost cried. Then I looked at the menu, and I was floored. They even had Cold Brew! Did I just die and went to heaven? I would have never imagined this. Thank you Nanche for making this coffee girl happy. I packed a bunch of café mexicano from Nanche as a souvenir to remember this day. If you are in Matias by chance or on purpose, you can't miss this place. Viva el...
