Restaurante Rex Cafe — Restaurant in Oxkutzcab

I highly recommend Rex Cafe in Oxkutzcab. Their staff is friendly and professional. The location is well maintained. Family friendly. Centrally located. But best of all, they serve a wide variety of good food. If you're there for breakfast and new to the Yucatan, you have an excellent opportunity to try huevos multleños, a top class example of quality Yucatan food. Personally, I'm not into hot spicy chilies, so know that they'll make it to order as spicy or not according to your direction. Also, if you're craving a taste of the USA and feeling overwhelmed with only Mexican food, there are plenty of options at Rex Cafe. First off, their coffee is better than most, and they usually stock maple syrup for pancakes and french toast (most places serving breakfast do not have maple syrup as an option!). Then when you get past the breakfast menu, you'll find Italian, Thai, American, and of course, Mexican. Some of my favorites are pechugas relleno, sushi con camarones, Gai kapow (I like the sauce on the side), alfredo, and they serve one of the few American style cheeseburgers available in town. As long as you're not there during a rush hour with a new trainee, I'm sure whatever you order will be tasty. Don't expect gourmet, but do expect hearty, tasty recipes in generous purportions, fresh and well prepared for family dining with a smile. Mal servicio, pides un platillo por mensaje de WhatsApp escrito y te envían lo qué ellos gusten. No se para que pide uno, jamás que den disculpas mínimo encambio le echan la culpa al cliente. Otro punto, es otro costo el que te cobran, lo que vale que te dicen cuando te lo traen el repartidor te cobra extra, aparte le daba su propina que te lo cobra ya 😅 solo por esta situación me enteré. Rico sus platillos solo tener paciencia con El personal nada amable, por que con todo y captura del msj se ofenden cuando la equivocación...
