En verdad casi nunca suelo escribir comentarios. Pero esta vez es necesario estoy super decepcionada del servicio de California San Pedro; en especifico por el Sr. Gerardo, el cual es un prepotente, igualado y sin educación. Por un momento pense que las personas que en cualquier empresa servicio se les encomienda la tarea ser gerente en turno o jefe en turno son aquellas que sobrellevan sin numero de situaciones y resuelven detalles que puedan surgir. Este Sr. Que le comento al contrario grita, no explica, no sabe escuchar y reta al cliente. Muy mal por ustedes por contratar personal con esas deficiencias!! Ojala y tomen en cuenta mi opinion porque en verdad yo soy cliente frecuente y logro valorar todo el cambio que hicieron en laparte calidad de alimento...pero el personal que no es comprometido con la empresa obstruye la mejora de la misma.
