Eh. The experience was underwhelming. Pretty location off zocalo. Three of our t 8 dishes had great flavor but everything that was supposed to be served hot was barely lukewarm. While the food looked pretty, the textures and taste combinations did not always complement each other. (ie mint foam overwhelmed the sweet potato “flan” which also had the consistency of curled eggs). My shrimp was so over cooked I could hardly chew it. One wait staff was excellent but the other was OK. There are signs that say 100% smoke free, yet they allowed two different people to smoke which blew across all tables and ruined the taste of the food that was good. Chef Francisco went above and beyond, creating the best pizza we’ve ever had in our lives – truly unforgettable! The Aguacate Frito was another standout; it was so incredible that we couldn’t resist ordering a second serving.
A special shoutout to our waiter, Andy, who was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even more enjoyable. The combination of outstanding food and excellent service made this a meal to remember.

What we found at VICA was nothing short of an incredible experience - food, presentation, staff, and the ambiance. We went with the 7 course meal, a beer and a cocktail each. With each course the chef came out to explain precisely what we were eating as we ordered blindly; ‘nosotros somos gringos’.
