The only Italian restaurant in Querétaro with food that is good without qualification and authentic. I tried five others in centro historico in past three months, ranging from worst ever to bad to below average. I had the mushroom risotto, which was absolutely perfect. The food and drinks were ok but there were a few things I didn't expect from what I ordered. I wasn't handed a cocktail menu but was told they could make anything. So, I picked a passion fruit martini and tell me why it had chili salt on the rim for $190 pesos each. It wasn't a margarita or michelada 🤢! I'm trying to watch my sodium intake. As for my food, I tried the ahi tuna, a dish known to be savory. Tell me why there was no mention on the menu of a sweet sauce drizzled all over it. Sweet sauces make my stomach hurt I would have asked without or just picked something else. It was very disappointing... I DO...
Read moreFiume 37 is a true trattoria.. I had the cream of Pumpkin soup it was very creamy and felt like silk going down my throat..I had the Risotto with clams..Very surprised the risotto was cooked just right al dante the clams weren't frozen very surprising and very delightful. They had used some pepper and oregano as the spices for the clams such a great combo for the seafood.. I had 2 glasses of the house vino great selection recommended by the head chief it was great with the food..I ended my evening with 2 cappuccinos which included just the right amount of canela on the top. I would rate this place as an equal of the best Italian food in N.Y.C. and Boston. 5...
