Vergel Resort — Restaurant in Querétaro

Well what can I say, it was definitely a sweet and sour experience. At first everything seemed to be going quite well, the administration was accessible to a couple of requests we had and accommodating in other. However like in the horror stories, when night time came it all changed. Suddenly we became a nuisance, EVERYTHING seemed to be a problem and they were very contradicting from what they had said earlier. Lights off at 9 pm, it’s all under their times and schedule, as if what you’re paying for is to be told what to do and when to do it. It was my mother-in-law’s birthday celebration and we had to deal with a very distasteful management crew. In the end I loved the place, it is beautiful, the view is magnificent but the aftertaste that their customer service leaves you with is...

We loved every second of our time there. Not only were our rooms clean, modern, spacious and comfortable, but also were located in the middle of a beautiful succulent's garden with fountains and rocks. The food was not only delicious but also had a elegant presentation. The cherry on top was the pool and kid's area. It entertained our four boys while we rested. Finally, we were able to hike to the Pueblo and get ATVs from the comfort of the hotel....

10/10 Excelente! Mi novio y yo estuvimos encantados y pasamos un gran fin de semana, de verdad se agradecen lugares como este con tan buen servicio, atencion y sobre todo calidad. Desde un inicio estuvieron en contacto conmigo para revisar algunos detalles que tuve con la reserva (les sugiero mejor reservar directo con ellos) me resolvieron dudas y me apoyaron asignandome un tipo de habitacion que necesitaba. El lugar esta lindisimo, 100% un lugar para alejarte de todo y relajarte, muy buena la atencion por parte de la dueña al llegar y hasta una cervecita te ofrecen mientras haces el check in para que te sientas como en casa :) Nos dieron recorrido por el lugar y nos explicaron a detalle todo respecto a los servicios que dan y horarios tambien, tienen una fogata que prenden en las noches y puedes cenar ahi si lo solicitas. Asombrada con el servicio del personal de este lugar, son muy buenas las chicas y muy serviciales, la comida tambien 10/10 Pedimos pizza y desde la noche anterior ordenamos el desayuno, al dia siguiente ya teniamos una mesa instalada en nuestra terraza y solo avisamos que ya estabamos listos y nos llevaron de inmediato el desayuno. La cama muy comoda, realmente cumplimos con nuestro objetivo de descanso. Definitivamente volvemos a regresar! Quedamos encantados, Muchas gracias equipo de Club...
