What a gem in Tulum! This isn't just a brewhouse. This is a premium, ultra-chic, specialty restaurant. The scenery and atmosphere seemed eco-natural created by millennials. Our server, Filiberto, spoke great English and gave us some great recommendations. For beers, I tried a smooth dark lager, and later a medium bitter hipster with a great flavor. We started with amazing grilled bone marrow and a fig salad. I've never had anything like the grilled bone marrow. The flavor mix was indescribable. Next was the grilled octopus and a New York strip. The steak was tender and cooked as desired, The grilled octopus was perfect. Fili made some great drink and wine suggestions, and the Nicté mixology drink was superb. To finish, we had some of the beer sorbet, and various ice creams. The beer sorbet was unique and a definite winner. And if you made it through the courses, you probably saw the nightly entertainment schedule and the contraptions hanging from the ceiling. Prepare to be amazed. We saw The Reunion and this was the first time I've experienced this in a restaurant. You will not be disappointed to stay for the nightly happenings. There were a few surprises that put this experience over the top. I'm so amazed and happy to have stumbled across this place. Fili made our evening great and was super attentive. I will be telling everyone about this place for...

We were driving to a cenote and noticed the sign for the brewery. We decided to stop on our drive back. The host gave us a few options to choose from (brewery tour, beer tasting plus small plates, restaurant, etc). We went with the restaurant.

The service was amazing. Our server, Martin, was super helpful and polite. He answered our questions and ensured he got our order right. For food we had the shrimp tacos, truffle fries and short rib ragu fettuccine. For drinks we had an aperol spritz and the Tulum lager. Everything was delicious! Portions are generous so we were satisfied. The only thing I wished was different was that the fries weren’t super crispy but that’s just personal preference.

The vibe in the restaurant is very trendy and cool. We definitely felt a bit underdressed after an afternoon of exploring but the staff was super nice and welcoming! When Martin brought out our check, he gave us complimentary beermosas. I felt that this was a nice touch and we really appreciated it. Would highly recommend this...

This place showed up with very high ratings in Tulum so we decided to go here without looking at the menu. However, this brewpub is very expensive, even more expensive than San Francisco, and food and drinks are of subpar quality. Ambience is okay, but there’s no AC. Waitstaff asked for a lot of personal intruding questions such as where are we coming from etc, which no one has asked us for. This seemed like a breach of our privacy.

We ordered 3 vegan Tacos, Coca Cola, lemonade, and water. They brought still canned water which is more than expensive than coca-cola itself. Vegan Tacos were unique with Tofu, charred onion and a very interesting salsa sauce. Lemonade was very underwhelming. Our bill was $82 (USD) for just this, and the waitstaff had the audacity to ask for tip. Overall, even if you are looking to spend lavishly, I would not recommend going to this place.

Located next to a Beer Spa. In Mexico when people see American credit cards, they expect tip, so use your own judgment...

The COOLEST, swankiest brewery I've ever been to. And I'm American, we go to a lot of breweries! 😅 The service was fantastic. We were immediately greeted, they pulled out my chair for me and brought over a coat rack to hang our backpack on, and even though we were sweaty from biking and in our bathing suites and covers from exploring nearby cenotes they treated us like first class guests. The food was incredible, we had the sweet potato with truffle and shrimp tacos - best food I've ever had at a brewery that's for sure! The beers were delicious, I don't like most beers but enjoyed each from the flight. The interior design is stunning, and you can tell the staff takes pride in their work. We didn't plan on coming here, just wandered in after biking past, but a highlight of our trip! I'd go out of my way to go back! Thanks for a great experience.
