We went back twice because we fell so in love with this place. We wished we would have known about this place before, so I could have booked a room. I always ask to have my chicken and pork NOT overcooked. Unfortunately, it has been inedible for me both times I have gone...tough and dry. I don't complain...just wrap in a napkin for my dogs so that nothing goes to waste. Third trip, I will insist on grilling my own meat. It is all so thin, it would take me 4 minutes on a hot grill. What a beautiful and tranquil place on the Cobá road. The lush greenery hides two pools. There is a restaurant with very friendly guys who prepare delicious local foods like empanadas with chaya (spinach) or tacos with cochinita pibil. The minimum credit card charge is 100 pesos.
