O’tan is an absolute gem inside the Tulum Country Club. This cozy, homey spot serves some of the most delicious local food I’ve had. Their Chilaquiles Mayan are a must-try for breakfast—perfectly balanced flavors with just the right amount of spice. The avocado toast is another standout, served with a fresh and delicious side salad. For something heartier, their tortilla soup is incredibly creamy and smoky, while the arrachera tacos are packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.
