Had a bad experience with the young Capitan of the waiters. A week before I ordered a pizza and asked the to put anchovies on, they did it without problem and charged me 50 Peso and I was okay with that. The following week I ordered the same plus anchovies and surprise surprise the charged me 85 Pesos. I told the waiter that I am not agree and he went to get the Capitan. Then the Capitan showed a really bad behavior but finally he agreed that I am over charged and adjusted the price to 55 Peso for the additional anchovies. And finally he told me they wouldn't take any special requests anymore. I visited Black often, but after that scenario I won't go back. I recommend to check your bill carefully and be aware that staff can be rude. It is sad to see a good customer not valued. I hope management can...

Servicio de comida a las 13:10 y cena a las 19:30 el 19 de febrero de 2025. Pequeños detalles: Para la comida nos asignaron mesa en el Salón principal pero el aire acondicionado estaba demasiado intenso por lo que le pedimos al mesero que nos atendió que si podía bajarle un poco al aire acondicionado, su respuesta fue ‘así es el aire’ entonces solicitamos cambiarnos de mesa, la expresión del mesero fue bastante desagradable y el resto del servicio igual. Por la noche regrese (siempre es mejor tener una segunda opinión) en esta ocasión nos asignaron mesa en terraza ya que estaba bastante concurrido el restaurante, el clima natural (frío intenso) afortunadamente bien abrigados, el detalle fue que pedimos unos tacos de brisket y nos llevaron un brisket sobre pure de papa, al tratar de aclarar con el mesero nuestro platillo afirmo que le habíamos pedido un brisket. Conclusión: te sientan donde quieren, comes lo que te llevan y al ser un lugar muy visitado no les importa la experiencia del cliente o al menos la mía que estaba en viaje...
