Domino's Río Verde — Restaurant in San Luis Potosí

It's ok, once I found a fly on the pizza 🍕 nothing big lol but seriously the people are not on good service mode, went 3 times and all 3 times cashier said she would give me change when I left, and we'll all 3 times I had to ask her for my change and she would totally forget. The staff needs more training on how to provide a good customer service. The plus ➕ on this is that they have good wifi and clean restrooms. Small parking area though. Pizza is good just like back home couldn't tell a difference although the sides are different and expensive. Edit: seriously corporate needs to hire a good manager or take action Service is awful this dominos in particular gives the company very bad image the workers are always on their phone and I have seen them recording dances for their tik toks I guess. I give them 5 stars for when the pizza is delivered, but if you go yourself to the place , then probably they deserve a 3. However, in general, they go up to 4 stars because the pizza is really good. Food consistency is great, as well as flavor. The crispness of the dough when it is fresh is delicious. PRICE is always the same as any other Domino's around any place, if prices aren't displayed, just go to the website & show them what you want for the price there or order to go by the page. El día 16 de junio acudi con mi familia, y la verdad recibimos un pésimo servicio... de lo peor, desde la toma de orden, donde no se nos entregó un comprobante al momento de pagar, todo comenzó mal, al repetirnos la orden nos faltaron una papas, pedimos agregarlas y nunca llegaron, (cabe mencionar que tampoco las cobraron), las bebidas llegaron cambiadas, nunca se acercaron a preguntar si algo faltaba, platos servilletas, salsas, la mesa donde nos sentamos estaba sucia, igual que el resto de las que estaban desocupadas, tuvimos que limpiarla por nosotros mismos, la orden tomo al rededor de 40 minutos para llegar a nuestra mesa, e incluso algunas órdenes que estaban por detrás de nosotros fueron entregadas primero, y aclaró que nuestro pedido no era demasiado grande.

La verdad me lleve una muy mala experiencia tratando de celebrar el día del padre, por mi parte espero no tener que regresar...
