This is one of my favorite places to eat gorditas every time I come to visit SLP. However, I do have a couple of comments to express… First one is that there are no prices anywhere I could see… So, make sure to ask how much are the things… From what I could calculate judging by the last receipt, the sopes are $30 pesos each, and gorditas are $15 pesos each. I don’t know how much are quesadillas (I don’t usually go for them); menudo and pozole (small) are $150 pesos… These were the foods I enjoyed here. Another thing is that the comertial beer (Corona) is too expensive: $50 pesos (you can buy a caguama at Oxxo for that money; or you can buy a michelada at other places). And they are often not cold… (no discount though) Third thing is that I don’t always hear waiters informing you: “We don’t have that today, unfortunately.” Your order comes and there are things missing. When the check comes, there are no explanations if they didn’t charge you what never came to you in the first place. Make sure to ask! … … … In this all, I like the environment. If you’re a foreigner like myself, this is definitely the place to visit, enjoy and bring friends over! Café de olla is delicious 🤤 Gorditas are well stuffed and tasty, although my favorite are sopes sencillos; this is also the first place ever where menudo doesn’t smell terrible, so I’d recommend it to all of you people who are sensitive to strong smells. It feels like home, but there are still things to improve as far es communication and customer service - I think that it’s an easy fix. Besides, this issue isn’t only here, after visiting SLP for a while (coming and going), I wouldn’t really say that it’s famous for its impecable customer service and that goes for many places: expensive and less expensive (even people from SLP complain about the same)… But, if this isn’t an issue for you,...
Read moreVery delicious food and their "Olla" coffee was the bomb. The restaurant atmosphere is awesome and the staff was very attentive. You do need to be a foodie or very open to new flavors. It is not a custom to ask what a dish contains (in case you are not fan of mustard or onions) but of open yourself to the experience, I think you'll...
