When they say they close at 10.30pm they really mean it. So much so that the staff turn up the lights then essentially ruin the evening peferring to leave the place and head off as soon as possible. Otherwise great ambiance and menu offerings and good service.

We spent six weeks in Mazatlan so far, going out to eat daily in search of the best restaurants. This one is my kids and my wife favorite. My kids love trying new food and they will drop their video games to eat at El Pargo y La Vaca (PV is our nick name). We ate at both Mazatlan locations and this place is amazing. We had a recommendation from a friend to give this restaurant a try, we went there for dinner tonight and the food was so good! I had the marinated arrachera cooked perfect with asparagus, mashed potatoes 10/10, my husband had the Pinada burger 10/10. The service is good and fast!
