I truly feel sorry for the customers after me... Around halfway through my drink there were small pieces of a black plastic inside of it. They looked like pieces of the blender or some other plastic kitchen utensil that somehow got mixed inside. After contacting the store and asking to speak to a manager I was refused the option and instead asked to tell my complaint to an employee. The employee had absolutely no regard for the issue and didn't even try to rectify it. If this were at any other establishment in the states or even some other coffee shop this would be a matter of upmost importance and the store would do everything to make it right. El lugar remodelado quedó super bonito y grande, suele haber mucho ruido adentro pero en la terraza se puede platicar super agusto. Muy bueno el Moka en las rocas. El concepto está muy padre, el café es bueno y tienen varias bebidas, postres y alimentos. Se nota que Son especialistas en preparar bebidas con café. El lugar es limpio y agradable para estar allí, incluso puedes pedir por medio de Auto. Tienen precios accesibles y justos con lo que ofrecen. El personal muy amable.
