Max's Pizza — Restaurant in Sinaloa

From the moment you arrive, you feel and treated like guests.

Max met us outside and welcomed us all. We sat down at a long table as there were 9 of us. It's very simple and clean inside his garage, which had open air and not enclosed. The pizza oven was made of clay and was quite large, which sat in an outside corner. He had a prep table in front that you could watch him make the pizzas.

First, he brought out the menus and explained the menu. Then he cooked us an appetizer which was garlic & cheese pizza which we could drizzle olive oil and balsamic on. Delicious!

The pizzas were made to perfection. There was no rush for us to finish. His young son helps too with cleanup, etc.

I highly recommend this dining experience to everyone to enjoy as much as we did.

Everyone loves a hidden gem and here is ours for amazingly delicious pizza. Hard working Max and his beautiful wife Eugenia (Gina) build and cook your order in their brick lined wood fired oven at their home. Limited seating ( up to maybe 16) creates a most cozy and authentic atmosphere to enjoy . You can call ahead for pick up or they will deliver within 5 kms from their home. Arguably the best pizza in Mazatlán! Delicious, very reasonably priced, and extremely friendly! This will be my go-to for pizza from now on. You buy drinks at the nearby market.
