El Olivo Restaurante — Restaurant in Sonora

The food was absolutely amazing. I had the Salmon olivo and it was the best I have ever had. I usually have to add salt to my food but it was not needed. It was very flavorful. The complementary breakfast was not your typical breakfast...I mean, they served menudo. Can't beat that! All you usually get is just fruit, bagels, danish, and toast, eggs and bacon. That was not the case. Customer service at the restaurant and Hotel were the best I've ever had. I would definitely return. Although it is not your fancy hotel, it's the best stay I've ever had. It beats any bougie hotel's customer service. Thank you for being respectful, kind, and very prompt...

My husband and I couldn't decide what we wanted for breakfast. I wanted a buffet and he didn't want that much food...I just wanted a variety and papaya. This place popped up on a google search and was perfect! The buffet was a great variety with papaya! He ordered the sunnyside mole and loved it. The place has a really cool modern industrial decor. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, especially the lady making waffles she was smiling everytime i walked by. We will return here one day to try...

We were flying out the next morning and didn’t want to drive anywhere. El Olivo was convenient and turned out to be a great choice! We ordered a Cesar salad and a margarita pizza and both were wonderful! The Cesar was beautiful and fresh, and the pizza was a perfect pairing. Their Cesar dressing and fresh Parmesan cheese were amazing! Totally recommend if you are staying at the Holiday Inn or the Comfort...
