J&R Ribs Costilleria — Restaurant in Sonora

Hi I am from the United States where the cooking of this style of rib got it start, and you have to trust me when I say that these are by far the best ribs in Hermosillo Mexico! I've also enjoyed some of their other food the macaroni and cheese is amazing the cornbread is great especially if you get there on the days where it is just being made. But people are very kind the service is excellent.and there's a variety of barbecue sauces all of them are good I'm sure there's something that will suit your taste... Great...

The meal was nice but the waiter didnt understand the order and it was getting annoying. At the end we had to pay more cause he wasn't clear enough to tell us that one of the dish wasnt in the packet we wanted :/ the full rack was good but missing the sweet sauce that makes a ribs a good ribs so I was a bit disappointed. The restaurant is good but seems to have ups and downs depending the time you go which is always not...

Terrible experiencia, lamentable ...llevé a mi madre a comer ahí con ilusión , fuimos a la 1.30pm hoy sábado y éramos los primeros y y únicos clientes....mis costillas estaban llenas de cebo y las papas "semidescongeladas" con mucho picante en polvo y mucho paprica ( haciéndoles perder su sabor), la limonada natural hecha con jarabe y lo q sabía a agua de la llave ( muy mala).... la hamburguesa de mi madre con la carne y el pan quemado y las papas iguales a las mías ...todo muy muy lamentable, lo digo con toda objetividad y algo de pena ya q a mi me gusta darle oportunidad a todos los emprendedores e ir a visitar sus establecimientos, y aunque de vez en cuando me decepciono, esta es la primera vez q escribo mi opinión por q me sentí un poco ultrajado......en el lugar ni siquiera nos quejamos (por dónde empezar?), comimos rapidito lo q era comible, pedí la cuenta y como buen soldado hasta le dejé el 10% de propina al muchacho q era el mesero-cajero-cocinero.....se salvan los elotes dulces, la pepsi light y la actitud...
