Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Sonora

Just experienced one of the worst customer service altercations. Was told our food would be ready in 30-40 mins. It had surpassed the time and we still did not receive at the very least our appetizer orders. After they dropped our pizza on the floor as we saw it happen. They did not let us know it would take even longer, they avoided us. We went up to ask for our wings and cheese sticks meanwhile we waited and the young lady attending us had rolled her eyes and even forgot to give us plates and the sauces that come with our orders. Haven't had a Papa Johns pizza in years. So when I saw Guaymas had one we decided to stop in. Pizza was ok. Nothing really spectacular" so I guess It's about the same as P.J.s in the U.S. What was really annoying was the beggar lady they let run around the store bothering customers. I mean this lady had a set of balls on her too. Coming up to your table DEMANDING not asking for food or some of your soda and some money. Like you owed it to her or something. La pizza es deliciosa. La masa se siente ligera y el queso es cremoso y rico. La salsa de tomate está en el punto exacto entre la dulzura y acidez del tomate y con la cantidad de especias exacta. No me pareció caro, ya que de una pizza con orilla rellena pagamos alrededor de 300 pesos y comimos tres personas. El dip de barbecue es el más rico, un buen sabor ahumado y dulce, pero el de ajo es mas bien una mantequilla y no está nada dipeable. Parece más para untárselo a tu pan que para acompañar tu pizza. El servicio fue muy rápido, atento y eficiente, todo muy lindo, lo único malo fueron los baños. No había papel ni toallas para secarse las manos y el restaurante se ve muy deprimente. Recomiendo mejor que compren ahí y consuman en casa. Ya quiero volver a Guaymas para volver a comprar...
