The restaurant has good presentation and the food is not amazing but it's not bad. The service is another story extremely bad. There is no organization as to who serves the tables. When taking an order they do not offer compliments like salad dressing or whatever accompanies a dish. If you ask for ketchup or dressing or something like that it takes them forever to get it to the table, the food goes cold waiting. I did not expect such bad service as the Hotel I stayed in had the same name and the service was great. It was a Wednesday not packed not busy either, there were plenty of people waiting tables but 4 different people came to the table, one took the order another one brought it and than neither came back to bring the requested compliments for the salad or dishes ordered. So it was not one waiter or waitress but different people serving the same table easily confused on what to bring and neither took responsibility for the lack of condiments missing that we never got yet they charged for. Ridiculous...

If you're looking for a top-notch staple dining experience, I highly recommend Elba. From the moment you walk in, the clean and inviting atmosphere sets the tone for a great meal.

Nice place with plenty of free parking across the street directed by a parking attendant employed by the restaurant. Good selection of food. I had tortilla soup and my girlfriend a burger and fries (not very Mexican, but she had a craving after our two weeks in San Carlos). Waiter was VERY slow in showing up to take our order, but once placed food arrived quickly.
