I have visited this establishment on several occasions due to the excellent quality of the food, which is prepared with the freshest ingredients from the region. On my fifth encounter with this place, the experience maintained its high standard; I ordered a Minera Burger and its meat had a texture that greatly resembled the Texan Brisket from Austin.

One of the reasons why I recommend this place is the efficiency of the service, with waiting times of approximately 10-15 minutes to enjoy a perfectly crafted, presented, and above all, exquisite dish. However, other establishments like the wagon require an hour to assign a table and between 20-30 minutes to serve the food, which results in the loss of valuable hours during your visit to El Oro.
