Los Arcos — Restaurant in State of Mexico

Sorry but i wouldn't recommend this place. We went for lunch and it is a very eye catching place with colorful decor. But the food didn't compare at all. It was very bland and we we're expecting a lot more for the price. Our kids got the "dedos de pollo". It came with a small piece of breaded chicken or "milanesa" basically, cut in pieces and some fries. It was ok for the kids. I ordered a "pechuga parmesana and I'm telling you it looked to be the same portion size as the kids meals. Except not cut up and with some wilted "salad", that was like 1 leaf of lettuce and 3 pieces of fruit, and some fries. So it was a piece of "milanesa" with cheap parmesean cheese sprinked on it or something. We also ordered "fajitas de pollo" it was also lacking in flavor. The portion seemed small for as much as they charged for it. Plus we asked for a coke to drink and they brought us the tiniest bottle I've ever seen. Then charged like double the price for it. The way they described the dishes and what we got was nothing like the description...

The most awful experience ever! The fries were raw, we asked the waiter to do something but it was obviously asking too much. There were only the two of us and three idle waiters but it took years to get what we ordered. When we asked for the bill, we asked again if they were going to do something for the fries but the waiter only smiled and answered no. The rest of the food...

El lugar agradable, el servicio fue bueno a diferencia de lo que dicen, los platillos llegaron a tiempo y buena temperatura solo que si coincidimos con que son mal preparados e insípidos, una tampiqueña sin variedad de guarniciónes y se pidió término medio y la trajeron bien cocida, como que no saben de carnes. Pedimos también un chile relleno y tampoco saben prepararlos, la salsa era como de guajillo, picante y no de jitomate como es tradicional y les dió flojera capearlo porque solo tenía encima un huevo revuelto simulando el capeado, además le faltaba sabor, al igual un consomé sin sabor y con unos pedacitos de pollo que tenías que encontrarlos. No lo recomiendo porque además el costo es elevado para la calidad y las porciones, además lleven efectivo si es que van porque fue un lío pagar con tarjeta, una hora para cobrarnos. Ojalá mejoren porque el lugar si...
