Café San Ángel — Restaurant in Tamaulipas

It's definitely a place to forget. I don't usually give bad reviews and always visit the places a couple of times before reviewing, but this time, I saw enough in one visit. Food is not appealing when served. Portions are on the skimpy side. The servers are slow. They don't know what is going on, what's available, and what is not. Not really interested in giving a good service. Our table was dirty and all sticky, like they didn't clean it right. No napkins. Took an eternity to bring salsa.
