Very great Italian food in Reynosa. Very clean and inviting. Amazing staff and experience. Fresh ingredients and excellent portions for very reasonable prices. Very authentic Italian recipes and pasta is made in house. I had the lasagna al nonna . Hands down one of the best lasagna I have tried from the fresh noodles to the house made bolognese sauce. The cheese was most excellent both mozzarella and ricotta, all nicely baked in a personal dish to golden bubbled perfection All meals come with brick oven style Fresh bread with herbed whipped butter. If you find yourself in Reynosa it is a must try. The sangria is very authentic and refreshing, carefully constructed using red wine and freshly diced apples, strawberries and grapes. This is a NOT recommended restaurant. The photos are from a year ago or more. This is what wife got when pickup an order at the restaurant. The next day she went to ask for a refund (no need to explain why) and apparently the "chef" that turns out be the owner, with the worst attitude said "give her the money".

I would expect at least a promise to investigate what happened and an apology to her as a customer, because he is the owner of the place !! instead of that she got a response from a person with baaad manners.

I am not a food critic, just a foodie that really enjoy eating at a good restaurant, and this place have ver few dishes that worth. The prices are expensive and not really the value you paid for the...

AVOID going to this place. They cloned my credit card. Started receiving huge charges after having paid at this restaurant.

On top of that, the place is overrated. Really old and in bad conditions facility.

Too bad they take advantage of customers that could come back an recommend the place.

They show a Trip Advisor Flag hanged in a wall. Don’t even know how they could even get it.

No tengo por que mentir. El banco lo comprobó. Curioso que el gobierno italiano certifique un lugar en otro país donde no tiene ningún control. En otras palabras, eso no significa nada. El cobro lo hicieron en la mesa, si, pero eso no significa que no la puedan clonar. Incluso le pedí que agregara la propina, a lo que rápidamente contestó que ya la había pasado así. Lo cual se me hizo muy extraño ya que en Mexico, en todos los buenos restaurantes, al hacer el cobro la TPV marca la opciones de % para agregar propina. Cualquier otro mesero hubiera cancelado la transacción para permitir que se le agregara la propina. En fin , cada quién decide como operar su negocio, solo que no es correcto ignorar la retroalimentación de los clientes en un establecimiento donde lo principal que debe resaltar es el servicio a clientes y la calidad de los platillos. Lo cual también deja muchísimo que desear dados los precios del menú. Me imagino que también eso lo certifica el gobierno italiano, que me entero por este medio que tiene alcance en hasta en México en la ciudad de Reynosa, Tamaulipas. Debería darse una vuelta a otros restaurantes en la ciudad donde realmente sirven lo que ofrecen y se preocupan por los clientes, que somos los que generamos sus ingresos. Y la clonación de tarjetas es un problema real. Debería de tomarlo en serio. Estoy seguro que usted no lo propicia, pero sus empleados lo están haciendo, lo cual afecta la imagen.
