IHOP Reynosa — Restaurant in Tamaulipas

Had not been to this franchise, it is kinda new here in town. Extremely well taken care of, very clean and with a lot of attention to detail. Staff was very courtious and always had a smile. The food is pretty good, the portions more suited for US patrons, I could not finish the entire breakfas, came close though. All is really good and you pay for it. By mexican standards it is quite pricey. You wont break the bank and it's a nice change of pace but I would stick to home...

The atmosphere was awful. It was so cold I just wanted to leave. For the area, I would choose a different location. Service was slow and limited.

I've been here twice. I experienced bad service. I ordered a philly cheese steak and I got a "bolillo" with very unpleasant meat for only $179 MXP. I wondered if ihop profit on this price. The bolillo bread costs $2 MXP. The first time I visited this branch I got my order wrong and the servers seemed on the moon. Guess that was the reason the gave a wrong order. (...
