Starbucks — Restaurant in Tamaulipas

Although it might seems that I'm against large corporations because of my reviews of the Starbucks stores. Trust me it has never been my intention. Thing is that as part of a large chain, there must be guidelines that needs to be followed as this is one of the main ideals of a franchise.

And as this store is a few weeks only open and the fact that we found this ( not me but one of family members ) is far from the standards of the franchise.

I suggested to call customer service and they told that will report to the store and couple of days later, got a call from the store manager to apologize and offer free drinks ( the same drinks and croissant ordered originally ) which is good, I mean seems a good gesture.

The problem was that couple of days later, went to the store for the promised drinks. The guys at the store didn't knew anything about it, no one knew what to do after a few minutes wait I asked to go and then they say will call the store manager to clarify.

On a second visit few days later and after another call from the manager, he apologizes again and promised that our order will be honored. And it was indeed.

Starbucks, I strongly request you to train your personnel on customer service.

Siempre me sorprenden en cada visita con algún inconveniente para poder completar mi orden, les falta siempre producto, el GERENTE DE ESE LUGAR debería de poner atención y estar al tanto, y presente ya que pedí hablar con el y no estaba, además de no capacitar o no preocuparse por capacitar bien a los empleados, o al menos los que pone en el mostrador. La atención que dan los empleados no es mala, pero si el hecho de que no están al tanto en información para poder brindar un buen, rápido y efectivo servicio. Siempre me demoro demasiado en ese lugar y no es solamente de una vez, mínimo 30 min me tomo ahí cuando quiero llegar rápido por algo. No señaló a ningún empleado sino al gerente...
