Starbucks — Restaurant in Tamaulipas

Starbucks is just Starbucks if you want status, fancy place to hang out and chill a bit. Go there, don't ask for real quality coffee. Let's be honest

Recently went there again and unfortunately it has been changing for bad. Even though the place wasn't fully crowded, our order took a bit longer than the average and is ok, what I didn't really liked was that one of the cold beverages we ordered was way beyond intense on the coffee flavor which is what you don't expect of a franchise beverage. We had to fix it a bit and the barista offered a new cold drink as a courtesy which was great 👏👏👏.

Going back to the wait times, as we sat next to the order delivery, saw people that was waiting for their drinks even before me so .. take a look at that Starbucks

And lastly. The counters where the brand products were displayed was dusty, the windows were dirty, the floors were kind of messy too. I see two things missing, cleaning personnel and a site manager that takes care of those details needed in order to have the franchise level as we the customers expect because when you go to a place like that, pay for the experience, not...

Location is average, parking is not the best. Staff service was good but I did ask for tap water and they only gave me the small cup when I usually ask for a venti water and never get denied. The cleanliness is what is the lowest here. The chairs by the counter are dirty and the tables are not cleaned accordingly. First time here, maybe it was just a one...

La verdad muy mal atendido hoy por la jovencita llenita nos dio bien diluida las dos bebidas de temporada navideña y nos dio el Shot que ella quiso y la orden fue por drive true y tuvimos que bajarnos a reclamar y nos volvieron hacer los cafés calientes y peor que no te dicen nada de la rifa de la Camioneta KIA y si no reclamas no te dan la nota impresa. Y cabe señalar que la joven que siempre nos prepara ya que somos clientes de años nos prepara siempre mal de 4-5 veces que vamos en la semana 2 nos hace mal la bebida y la reclamamos. No es justo que en Reynosa pase esto, por que en Monterrey, Monclova Etc. Y no se diga USA no pasa esto. Ojalá hagan bien las cosas y tenga un mejor orden.
