The Italian Coffee Company — Restaurant in Veracruz

I am from the US and do not speak good Spanish. The barista was so nice and helpful and spoke really slowly and repeated herself to make sure I got what I wanted. She even pointed to verify to the photos. I felt welcome and the cafe felt familiar. It is clean too. If I had to give a critique I’d say the furniture could be replaced with new chairs and the back room being used for playhouse/bike storage could be hidden better but overall...

We always stop at these stores when we travel in Mexico, way better than Starbucks and their coffee is exceptional, frappuccinos are better, almost like a shake compared to other stores in which they are just iced coffee We buy their espresso ground coffee to take home and is always a tasty, full flavor...showing that they have so many stores is a sign of success and we love the consistent quality of the product and service...keep on...

The only good thing was the carrot cake and the kindness of the employees. The coffe didn't taste good, neither did the chai tea. We went there because it was the only place for a coffee with seating...
