I want to be fair and provide both positive and negative feedback based on my experience visiting this place. Given that it's a family tradition to visit when in Orizaba, and knowing its popularity, I felt compelled to stop by.
The Good: Quick service Convenient location Clean environment
The Bad: Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service. No matter how good a place might be, the staff's attitude can make or break the experience. The cashier was on the phone the entire time. When I asked about my order or had questions, he didn’t even bother to put the phone down, barely acknowledging my presence. This lack of attention persisted with every customer who approached the counter—no “thank you,” no courtesy at all.
The staff behind the glass didn’t fare much better. When asked a question, they just stared blankly without responding. Even if they did say something, it was impossible to hear them through their masks and the glass barrier.
As for the food, it was disappointing. The flavor was underwhelming—just a piece of bread with some cold cuts (pork), lettuce, tomatoes, and beans. There was nothing remarkable about it. The portion size was also quite small, more like a snack than a meal. For just 15 pesos more, you could get a full meal elsewhere.
In my opinion, this place thrives more on tradition than on the quality of its offerings. It seems the owners rely heavily on their reputation, taking the "fame and tradition" for granted to keep the...
