Very nice bistro in the beach district between Chelem and Chuburna. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Lovely atmosphere with lovely sturdy wooden tables and comfortable sturdy chairs. Surprisingly we were the only ones in this evening ( a group of four) . Our server was lovely and the kitchen was very responsive to our requests including cucumber slices with the delicious spinash dip ( homemade) , bunless burger with lettuce wrap. Highly recommend with ham,cheese, bacon., grilled pineapple, and a couple of yummy deepfried onion rings. Served with a freshly made mixed salad instead of fries. the Pollo Sayab was good with grilled chicken with a creamy mushroom sauce and homemade mashed potatoes. the large Burrito was also deemed excellent and also served with a large salad. Fantastic addition to the beach neighborhood west of Chelem centro. I hope people spread the word and this place sticks around because our dinner was great! We had the burrito and the lasagna (i literally saw them make the pasta sheets from scratch!) delicious. Our server was so friendly and helpful. The interior design is beautiful with perfect lighting and wood furniture. This restaurant comes up in google maps as an espresso bar but it’s a full on restaurant with breakfest and dinner. A VERY pleasant surprise off the beaten path! While the atmosphere is excellent as is, it will get even better once the upstairs pergola has been completed. The menu is small but varied offering something for everyone. The meal I had (lasagna) was excellent. I will definitely be back to try the other menu items.

The only reason for my lack of a 5 star overall rating is the absence of adult beverages (I am told the liquor license is in the works). A DEFINITE 5 STARS...
