Patricia the owner and head chef greeted me with a smile and a good morning.
I initially went for barbacoa tacos but saw another customers torta on the flattop grill so I ordered one of those instead. The torta was sliced in half and toasted a bit. Next the tender, moist, fall apart meat was stacked high onto the bread. If this is the case I cannot wait to try her other offerings and am thankful that Fiesta taco is around the corner. A welcome addition to the Centro food scene! PS that bacon wrapped burrito is calling my name jajajaja.
