HACIENDA DEL COBRE — Restaurant in Zacatecas

I found this place as we were driving back from Mexico City. We stopped here because of the name and when we got there we were pleasantly surprised very nice atmosphere. I ordered an Americano my husband ordered a cappuccino they were okay. My son ordered fish we wanted to get something quick so that we can continue on the road well after half an hour our food was still not served and they brought it all at different times so some of us had already finished our meal and others had not started. Going back to the fish this is one of the most simplest things to cook you can't go wrong well they went wrong they served us raw fish if we had ordered sushi it wouldn't have been a problem but it was a filet. Ordered a parrillada for five, two beers and a pitcher of lemonade and ended up paying $3500 pesos, service and atmosphere were excellent, after we paid we asked if tip was added or why the overpriced, servers said parrilladas are that expensive even tho when it was pork and steak, ticket was not very clear, and we still had to leave tip. Es poco recomendable.

Lo bueno: Nada, no hay nada bueno del restaurante.

Lo malo: Los meseros te atienden de mala gana, el día que fui primero trataron de ser amables pero después de que pedimos tal parecía que querían que nos fuéramos. Después se les pidió factura y de mala gana hicieron el trámite.

Mal encarados y después de cobrar ya ni caso nos quisieron hacer.

Para ser un restaurante solo te dan una nota de remisión como si estuvieras comiendo en cualquier puesto callejero.

La comida, no es ni buena, ni mala, es un sabor cualquiera, nada de importancia o trascendencia. Un sabor muy común.

Lo neutral: el ambiente no hay nada relevante.

La verdad es que no lo recomendaría para nada este restaurante hay mejores como Garufa, Dorados de Villa, Costillas de Sancho, Puerto Central.
