Mystic — Restaurant in Monaco

Very poor experience, slow and low quality food. We have walked in for lunch and we have been informed by the staff that they only serve pizza and salad and some kids food. We took our chances, had a seat and order three main courses in total. After 35 minutes they served us only two mains, and missed my son’s main. When we asked where is the third course, they responded that it’s coming now, and the waitress run to the kitchen. Long story short, the third main arrived 25 minutes after our mains, and arrived warm outside and fully cold inside. It was 100% microwave quality with some super hot pre-ready chips, that have been fried there and served. We have complaint for the cold and belated food but the staff said that only two people run the restaurant and it’s a problem for them also. Overall, staff was rude and clearly disappointed from their job, food was low quality and late, water came with no ice, drinks semi-cold, baby chair dirty, toilets disgusting, and the list could go on. Not sure about the food but the service was so rude and awful that we left the place before our order arrived. First, my partner had few questions about the menu and every answer from the waiter was unhelpful and rude. Second, we noticed that the cutlery on our table was used before and the napkin was missing so we wanted to ask for a replacement. We asked the waiter twice to change them as we were ignored for the first time. When we asked to change the cutlery for the second time, the waiter took them in such an aggressive manner that I was scared he would poke my eye with the knife. It made us decided to leave the place. It’s not how you should treat your customers and we don’t think there was anything we did or say to make the waiter behave that way. Tbh this place ruined my entire day. After being seated my boyfriend and I sat for 15 minutes while a couple that arrived after us was catered to immediately—both their drinks and meals served swiftly and with all condiments. My boyfriend's burger, when it finally arrived (well before mine, inexplicably), was smothered in an extreme amount of tart BBQ sauce and overcooked beyond recognition. My pizza was simply bad. I attempted to flag down our waitress for condiments; she caught my eye, started towards us, but then stopped to chat with the very same couple next to us, completely disregarding our presence. To top it off, a visit to the restroom left me with a soaked dress from a broken sink, looking as if I'd had an accident. With 60 euros down the drain for an overcooked burger and a sugary pizza, this was a lunch we wish to forget. Drinks...
