Momo Hot Pot & Grill — Restaurant in undefined

The staff is not really into serving guests. Also, we asked for soup refill, the girl brought the wrong soup. We tried to communicate but seems like all of them refused to make eyes contact with the guests. Then out of sudden she brought out another pot of soup. We told her we didn't order that, and she used her phone translator to tell us "once it is out from kitchen, that is no turning back". We have to pay for things that we didn't order. Too overpriced compared to BULL restaurants which is very similar hot pot restaurants. The dining area is little and not really appealing. I ordered normal soup with vegetables and fried rice. Fried rice doesn’t taste fresh soup is great but beef I ordered was not really good looks old too.Veggies are also not really looking freshly cut.Overall not really recommended this place.I decided to dine in because of its high reviews.But truly if u wanted truly hot pot try...

When me and my girlfriend dine out we usually hit this place. Price is reasonable, atmosphere is comfy, Foods and Drinks are great it’s my go-to place i’ve dined in almost all hot pot places in Ulaanbaatar for sure this one is the best one...
