Galija — Restaurant in undefined

We had a lovely meal this evening looking out over the sea. It makes for a wonderful atmosphere listening to the waves roll in. You access the restaurant from the beach itself. There is no free parking. We parked on the main road and walked down.

We had the Njeguški Stek, grilled chicken, fish of the day (which you pick from the fridge, I had sea bass) and grilled vegetables. The only criticism is my fish had a bit too much salt on but it still tasted really good. The dishes all came with sides, the fish came with spinach and boiled potatoes which were excellent accompaniments. The grilled vegetables were very nice too. We finished with chocolate pancakes (crepes) which were an excellent end.

The waiter was attentive without being over bearing. He was very helpful and very efficient despite being the only server. He offered to de-bone my fish but I did not need this service.

Two courses for three people, three soft drinks, a large water, a large beer and two glasses of wine was just under 80€. Great...

DO NOT GO THERE! We ordered a fish for 2 people and it was supposed to be 800g (plate for 2). In the beginning they recommended us a fish and only when I asked how big it is they said 1,3kg so the price would be 50euro instead of 32. We asked for 800g- as in the menu in the plate for 2. The fish was super small, maybe 300g and they claimed it was 800g. Meantime the waiter brought a starter which we did not order. They tried to add an extra cost to the bill. In the end we paid for the fish 32euro but the portion was so small we needed to go for another dinner. If we were not so careful the bill would be more than 60 euros!!!THEY CHEAT...

Friendly staff,friendly owner,but the cook has to improve. Food is oversalted,undercooked. Calamary filled with pranws should be with spices,and rise. Not just put prawn inside and called it a dish. Location is on a nice place but access with baby is limited and on the back of the restaurant need sign that the restaurant is there. Has potential for an amazing place...
