Horizont Bar

We were at the café Horizont, the service was terrible, and the staff was yelling at us. They didn't allow us to take pictures on the platform even though the tables were empty with "reserved" signs. These were reservation penalties because we arrived around 5, and this happens at 7 during sunset. They didn't move anyone else except us. This might be the ugliest and worst service I have ever seen. The woman with glasses who came out has nothing to do with hospitality and urgently needs to change her job, as well as the waiter in the orange shirt. I felt like we had entered the worst tavern. People can enjoy the same, if not even better, views from the restaurant Monte 1350, where the service will be perfect, and they will leave happy. Please avoid this place unless you know the owner, as then maybe you can manage to take...

Ok, it's a truly spectacular place. A must visit in Kotor. Unforgettable viewpoint.

You will need courage to make the drive or lots of money to pay a taxi. It is very hard to get to (typical of near everything in 🇲🇪).

In March, nobody is there. It's close. No services, nothing. You have to climb over a small wall to get to the viewpoint platform. No worry, everybody does it. In summer it costs money and so it should. It's amazing.

Lots of parking at the site, surprising. Do not go when cloudy or rainy. It's not worth the anxiety getting there.

Continue up the mountaintop to see a cave. No sense testing your luck on the Serpentine Road twice. Return to Kotor on the other side. The town of Cetinje on the way is not worth a stop, but views in...
