I made a reservation to propose on the evening of December 16th. Before the meal, with the help of the spa attendant who translated Turkish, we agreed on the menu selection with the restaurant manager Nikola Buzdovan, 45 euros per person. As a result of the request of the Turkish translator, they agreed to give us a simple bottle of wine as a gift because it was a special day, and the manager told the waiter this. After eating dinner, I asked for the bill and saw that they wrote a wine fee of 76 euros in addition to the meal fee. I said there would be no wine charge and that I didn't want to pay. They said there was no such thing and that I had to pay the fee. Since it was a restaurant attached to an international hotel, I requested a translator, but no one came. I said again that I did not want to pay the fee and they called a security guard and threatened me. They said they would call the police if I didn't pay the bill and they came at me. I paid the bill to avoid any more problems. The restaurant is a place based entirely on making money. Customer satisfaction is not important to them. manager and the waiters are liars. Definitely don't go there. They ruined my special evening and...

We took the risk, and were happy to break the empty space, that would otherwise hold around 200. The service was fine, and the meals were OK too...why the low score? I love a good promise. The trepidation that shudders through my bones, as I wait to see if I'm getting respect or the real estate agent treatment. I couldn't believe that they'd write the grams of fish you'd get in a portion. A first in my aged, creaky existence as a restaurateur. Imagine my reaction to the promised 200g of salmon 3 ways, actually being around 120g. Or thr promised whopping 350g promised for the sea bass "steak" actually being 180g (both generous estimates). This was a promise about how much we would get to eat when we were hungry...but hey, look at the view...position...
