Avoid Mirakle Restaurant in Stoliv – Here’s Why:
The location is truly beautiful, with a breathtaking view – something genuinely special. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. What follows is a textbook example of how negative stereotypes about Montenegrin tourism are created: Most items on the menu are unavailable. You’ll be told “we don’t have that” more than once. What you receive may be entirely different from what you ordered: • Ordered a mixed salad, got something called a “Greek salad” – possibly made with the stalest vegetables we’ve ever seen. • The black risotto – the house recommendation – was a disaster. It wasn’t even cooked rice, just a brown, inedible mush. Service is absolutely terrible. Staff seems disinterested and untrained. Dishes and cutlery are visibly dirty. They don’t issue fiscal receipts. Don’t be intimidated by the owner’s threats – calmly insist on a legal receipt or wait for the inspection before paying.
In short: avoid this place at all costs. There are at least 2 or 3 nearby restaurants where you can truly enjoy the charm of Stoliv without the...
Read moreOne of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. We visited this place at night and ordered wine, a cheese platter, and a dish called “kebab” that was listed as a snack.
The wine glasses were dirty and covered with stains. The cutlery served with the food was greasy and smelled like fish. Even worse, the spoon inside the glass of water they brought had black food residues on it — absolutely disgusting!
We paid €30 for this horrible experience. My husband even felt so sick from the smell and lack of hygiene that he had to go to the bathroom and threw up before we paid the bill.
It was truly unacceptable. Poor hygiene, unprofessional service, and complete disregard for basic cleanliness. Avoid this place at all costs — it’s not worth your time,...

Octopus, despite server's suggestion that it's fresh (hard to believe on Sunday late night that new batch would be purchased for monday) was old and as well not safe to eat. I have pounded half a bottle of wine and hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. Luckily my 3 yo daughter only had just a few spoons of the soup before I flushed it down the toilet so I am hopping the night goes ok for her. Will deal with them tomorrow but I would strongly recommend avoiding this place until (if, considering they have cats in the kitchen) they pass health safety inspection which will be...
