I like coming to this place because of the lake and the service. The food is so so, sometimes excellent, sometimes not. The thing that I really dislike is “kuver” charge, as they call it. Similar to the cover charge, but they bring you a nice bread and cheese so salty that you can’t eat it. It’s like salt with some cheese, no the other way around. I told them this several times and some other guests complained, but they still do it. So, basically you are forced to pay something that you can’t eat. Sometimes they try new recipes and I like the efforts. It’s a hit and miss with that one. Too much salt in many meals and sugar in cakes. And some dishes are really good. I like the way the serve food too. But their service is amazing and these people are lovely. Part II I had to put it down to one star. Recently this was taken over by other management and their standards are very low. From to interior to their food and service… they have a lot to learn. The chairs look ragged, from some bad second hand shop- no efforts to make this restaurant beautiful. Some of the staff are rude- I was asked to pay the meal that was just served because we moved the table! Food is bellow average and I could even finish my plate- so bland. And the worst part is: the smell of the toilet. They tried to convince me it was from the lake but I have been coming there for years, this was never the issue. Ordered variety of meat, some friend potatoes. First tried pork steal and it was fried so much and it felt like shoe sole, I chewed it for a bit and it got stuck in my throat for a bit, I did not try eating that, I was pretty hungry and didn't want to wait another 30 minutes

There was few sausages that were cooked very well, but they were quite salty, chicken breast was tasteless but cooked well. Fries i ordered were worse then in Mc Donalds, that's hard to beat.
