I don't know why there are so many negative reviews of this place we loved it. If you're ziplining and spending time at tara bridge this is a lovely place with a great view to grab lunch a snack and just take in the scenic beauty. We had the Tara plate for two which had a selection of meats- prosciutto, salt cured pork (like a pork belly) and succulent lamb on the bone. This came with cheese a local fried bread and fresh churned butter that was perfect. We also got the local sausage with Chips/fries delicious and the grilled veg - a plate full of grilled courgette, aubergine And tomatoes. The food was really good. I had homemade cheese and delicious trout grilled fish, which comes with some potato on the side. A lot of national dishes options and affordable prices. Quick service and honest recommendations. As a solo traveller, the waiter advised me not to order extra dish as the portion was really enough and good for 1 person, unlike in some other restaurants they don't care if you finish your plate or no as long as you are paying bigger bills.
