Le Dak-Art — Restaurant in Agadir

The restaurant is hidden and looks understated when you look at the sign, “Salon de thé”. Once you go inside, they have a good size food menu and an outdoor garden facing the edge of the desert. It’s very peaceful with plum and lime trees and the sound of birds and minium flies (compared to other outdoor restaurants in Agadir). They probably have the best roast chicken in Agadir. It’s cooked in a fire pit underground in the garden that you can see. The cooking technique makes the chicken succulent and moist. Their potato fries that come with taste like properly homemade and are very good. The rice that comes with it is also very good. There was some roast vegetables as well with the chicken. One suggestion could be adding or replacing the roast vegetables with fresh ones, like tomatoes or lettuce, but that could be my personal preference. They also have nice sandwiches if you don’t like roast chicken. There was no pizza on the menue although I’d seen it on the reviews. They also had great Tajina with beef, which was very tasty and succulent. If Arabic or French are not your first language, the waiter spoke good English and it was very easy to communicate with him. The owner is very friendly too. Despite some of the outdoor restaurants in Agadir, this one only had one resident cat. A shy one! It made the dining experience less stressful! There are plenty of parking spaces outside if you are driving. The star of the show is roast chicken and peaceful garden. If those appeal to you, I totally recommend...
